For the past two years, perhaps the most important point I have been trying to make is that your weight and body fat is a function of what you eat. Imbalance in nutrition leads to a host of diseases and therefore understanding your food and eating the right things impacts your longevity and good health. The instant response I get is “but what should I eat?” 

In my case, perhaps, the biggest support has come from my wife who has constantly innovated and substituted ingredients in food to make the food more healthful. I am therefore excited to add recipes to my website as a means to help people figure out what to eat. The objective of these recipes is not to give you the exact proportions or really even tell you how to make it but help you figure out the ingredients and the benefits.
