If you do, filling your stomach with water is easily the best option. Truly zero calorie, your body loves water. Drink it naturally or as green tea or equivalent. Next rely on good quality poly or mono unsaturated fats. Remember, calories are higher in fats so be careful about quantity. Your body takes almost three days to digest fat. Next, rely on protein. Your body can take up to two days to digest. Finally rely on complex carbs. Remember simple carbs – that biscuit with salt or sugar – is the worst possible thing to satiate your hunger. Its a simple carb and gone in a flash. All it does is make you hungry again in a few hours.
