Earthing

Often, when we are looking for answers for our problems, the solution is just sitting there waiting to be discovered. In some cases, the answer might just lie beneath your feet. One of the biggest problems to face humankind concerning disease is the combination of inflammation and free radicals. Both collectively result in a host of illness including much-dreaded cancer. Experts recommend a host of solutions from the world of medicine including surgery, medication, therapy et al. There is a straightforward alternative. It is called Mother Earth.

It has long been established that the Earth has perhaps the largest availability of free electrons. On its surface are a limitless supply of mobile electrons. These particles are capable of transferring themselves to your body when you walk bare feet or lie on the ground. This transfer of electrons significantly reduces the risk of cancer and inflammation. Mr. Bata sitting in his hotel in Mumbai observed that Indians did not wear shoes. He set off a chain of events that led to a culture of wearing shoes. Prior, many Indians and in fact, people around the world did not wear shoes. Many also slept on the ground. Walking barefoot and sleeping on the ground allowed them to absorb the free electrons from the surface of the earth.

Being grounded or connected to Mother Earth has a host of benefits. These include significantly improved sleep and a reduction in stress, pain and a reduction in the secretion of cortisol. It also reduces the electric field being produced by the body in the process equalizing the electric field to that of the earth. Just this one act allows you to use the power of the earth’s magnetic field to work for you. Known as the umbrella effect, once your field is synchronized with that of earth, the effect of fluctuations caused by other factors is eliminated by the earth. Need I say anymore?
